physical activity including but not limited to
aerobic training, weight training, boxing, and
various aerobic and anaerobic equipment offered
by Eckert Enterprises LTD. I hereby affirm that
I am in good physical condition and do not suffer
from any disability which would prevent or limit
my participation in this exercise program.
In consideration of my participation in Freak Female Aliance Event - The Badass Awakening Experience exercise program, I,

my heirs, and assigns, hereby release Eckert
Enterprises LTD / location of 18349 Glass Mt.
Drive, Riverside, CA 92504 from any claims,
demands, and causes of action arising from my
participation in any type of exercise program,
including, but not limited to, ice bath, somatic
breathing, personal training, group classes,
boxing, boot camp, kettlebells, weights,
machines, sandbags, and sledgehammers.
I am agreeing to be solely responsible for all
my actions, injuries, and damaged property,
using the above equipment and all other equipment
in the facility.
I fully understand that I may injure myself as
a result of my participation in an exercise
program. I, ____________________________,
hereby release Eckert Enterprises LTD from any
liability now or in the future, including, but
not limited to, heart attacks, death, muscle
strains, pulls, or tears, broken bones, shin
splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/foot
injuries, and any other illness, soreness, or
injury, however caused, occurring during, or
after my participation in the exercise program
and The Freak Female Aliance Event - The Badass Awakening Experience.
